The Holy Trinity Faith Community Nursing Program held its annual health fair on June 29, 2014. The health fair is an annual signature event that provides free screening for vital health stats and promotes healthy lifestyle choices. FCN thanks diligent volunteers, including several healthcare professionals, who made this annual event a success.
